libgopersist-1-1 software package provides Serialisation and deserialisation of GObject, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgopersist-1-1
libgopersist-1-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgopersist-1-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgopersist-1-1 *
You will get with libgopersist-1-1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
